Fundraising for this year's Razzamatazz is now under way and going really well, thanks to our army of reliable and generous sponsors.
Every year since 2000 both new and repeat sponsors put on a fabulous afternoon's entertainment at the Niagara Park community Centre. Divided into 3 separate shows performers put on a display of fabulous and professional acrobatics, magic tricks and just plain funny stuff to the delight of more than 1000 children, generally from an under privileged background..
All this is provided free of charge to the children thanks to the generosity of our sponsors. Of course sponsors are encouraged to come along and see for themselves their donation at work. Just contact Gosford Rotary for complimentary entry.
BUT.........the good news doesn't end there. After costs are deducted this year's proceeds will largely go to our Central Coast Community Womens Health Centre. This fabulous organisation has 3 outlets across the coast. One in Woy Woy, one in Wyong and the main base and administrative centre in Wyoming. This year the main base is the one most in need of assistance. The CCCWHC provides the services of a GP, counselling, social connections, legal support, mental health support, parenting support, child care, information and referral.........just to mention a few services provided. In great demand the CCCWHC needs to expand it's capacity, reduce it's waiting list times and needs to correct Father Time with a major renovation.
