Projects

We channel our commitment to service at home and abroad through five Avenues of Service, which are the foundation of club activity.

  • Club Service focuses on making clubs strong. A thriving club is anchored by strong relationships and an active membership development plan.
  • Vocational Service calls on every Rotarian to work with integrity and contribute their expertise to the problems and needs of society. Learn more in  and the Code of Conduct.
  • Community Service encourages every Rotarian to find ways to improve the quality of life for people in their communities and to serve the public interest. Learn more in and this .
  • International Service exemplifies our global reach in promoting peace and understanding.  We support this service avenue by sponsoring or volunteering on international projects, seeking partners abroad, and more.
  • Youth Service recognises the importance of empowering youth and young professionals through leadership development programs such as Rotaract, Interact, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, and Rotary Youth Exchange.

Our Projects

  • On May 2 we will entertain more than 1000 young children to Razzamatazz......an entertaining mix of tricks, fun and magic.    This will be free of charge to families who could not normally afford such great fun.   Through the generosity of our sponsors we expect to raise over $20000.   Last year we donated proceeds to Lifeline, this year to the Shirley Shuttle to provide largely free transport to services for Cancer Sufferers.
  • On May16 we host the 18th Gala Concert, the premier music event on the Central Coast, featuring the Central Coast Brass Band, the Central Coast Concert Band, the Central Coast Symphony Orchestra and the Central Coast Philharmonic Choir.    All proceeds of this fabulous show are donated fully to the 4 musical groups.
